Failure to attend a session ("No-Show") or failure to provide the mandatory 24 hours' notice will result in the total forfeiture of that specific session with zero financial compensation, partial refunds, or make-up dates provided.

4. Exceptional Circumstances for Reimbursement

We operate with absolute commercial integrity. We will issue a full refund to the original payment method exclusively under the following verified, critical operational errors:

  • Duplicate Billing Error: If our third-party payment gateway erroneously captures multiple financial charges for a single, intended transaction.
  • Insurmountable System Failure: If a critical server outage on our end entirely prevents us from delivering the digital asset, and our technical support team is unable to manually resolve the fulfillment within 72 business hours of your reported ticket.
